Mercatura Outreach was founded with a clear mission: to help organisations in the charity,
broadband, security, and energy sectors grow their customer base through high-quality,
results-driven customer acquisition.


We achieve this by working alongside our own direct field teams as well as introducing
clients to our carefully selected partner agencies, delivering scalable acquisition
campaigns across the UK. Our model combines performance, compliance, and long-term
brand reputation — ensuring growth that is both measurable and sustainable.
Experienced Leadership


Mercatura Outreach is led by Bradley Gadsden, who brings over 20 years of hands-on
experience in the sales and marketing industry. Starting in the field himself across
residential and events-based campaigns, Bradley developed a deep understanding of what
drives real performance on the ground.

• Improved sales performance and operational efficiency across numerous campaigns
• Increased KPIs not just in volume, but in quality, compliance, and customer retention
Bradley previously ran the number one office in Northern Ireland for over five years,
generating 600+ customers per week for multiple national clients. During this time, he also
built internal progression structures that enabled team members to rapidly develop into
leaders and run their own branches — a philosophy that remains central to Mercatura
Outreach today.
